Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Order Modifications

At Crown care Beauty, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Self Care  products. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase:

Product Satisfaction:
 We take pride in crafting high-quality Self Care products. If you have any concerns or questions about our products, please reach out to  our customer support team before making a purchase. We are here to assist you and provide detailed information about our products to help you make an informed decision.

 Damaged or Defective Products:
 In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require you to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage or defective product. Once we have verified the issue, we will work with you to get you store credit.

 Shipping Errors:
If you receive the wrong product(s) in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We will require you to provide photographs. Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you.

 Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities:
 It is essential to review the ingredients list and product descriptions before purchasing our self care products. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients, we recommend avoiding products that contain those ingredients.Please perform a patch test on a small area of your body before putting it on your entire body.Please stop using if you experience a bad reaction.  We can not be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur after using our products.

Cancellations and Order Modifications:
We understand that mistakes or changes may happen. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Melted or Hardened Product Disclaimer:
Body butters may melt ,soften and/or hardern during transit. We cannot be held responsible for melted, softened,and/or hardened products during shipping. Melted,soften,and/or hardened body products are not eligible for refunds,return, or exchanges.

 Prevention Tips:
To minimize the risk of melting, softening ,and/or hardening  please ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to prevent extended exposure to exeterme weather.

 Handling Melted Products:
If your body butter arrives melted, please do not be alarmed. Place it in a cool, dry area, or refrigerate it for a short period until it solidifies. While the texture may change slightly, the quality and effectiveness of the product will remain intact.

Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final.

Shipping, Regular Processing,and Summertime Processing Policy:

Thank you for choosing our products! We are pleased to provide you with our comprehensive Shipping and Processing Policy, which includes information on shipping destinations, processing times, USPS delivery, lost/damaged packages, address accuracy, and packaging.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers and appreciate your understanding.

Order Processing Time:
Upon receiving your order and successfully processing the payment, we strive to promptly prepare and ship your items. Our standard order processing time typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we rely on reputable shipping carriers. For shipments within the United States, we primarily utilize the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery Times:
While we endeavor to ship your order promptly, it's important to note that the actual delivery time is ultimately determined by USPS. We CAN NOT control or guarantee the exact delivery timeframe. Generally, packages within the United States are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Lost and Damaged Packages:
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. While we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the carrier, we will make every effort to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Address Accuracy:
To prevent shipping delays and ensure successful delivery, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please include street number, street name, apartment number(if applicable), city, state, zipcode (Example: 123 Anywhere ST Los Angles CA 90001)

Packaging and Protection:
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use appropriate packaging materials and protective measures to safeguard your products during transit. If you receive a package with visible damage to the outer packaging, we recommend inspecting the contents immediately and contacting our customer support within 3 days, if any items are found to be damaged.

Summer Order Processing Time Policy:
 We understand the importance of delivering our products to you in the best condition possible, especially during the warmer summer months. To ensure that your body butter arrives fresh and intact, we have implemented the following summer order processing time policy:

Shipping Days:
During the summer season, which typically extends from May 1st to September 1st, we will only send out body butter orders for shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Package Monitoring:
To safeguard your body butter from melting during transit, we strongly advise that you keep track of your package's delivery status. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery.

Order Fulfillment Times:
Body butter Orders received after 3pm on Wednesday will be sent out to shipped the following Monday. This allows us to minimize the time your body butter spends in transit over the weekend, reducing the risk of melting.

Cooling Measures:
In addition to our standard packaging procedures, we will include cooling materials such as ice packs and insulated packaging for your orders.

Please Note that this policy is only for orders that include our signature body butters. This policy can be modified or changed at any time.

Insufficient Address:

We understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process, resulting in an insufficient or incorrect address. To address such situations, we have established the following policy:

1. Notification of Returned Package: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, our shipping carrier will notify us of the return.

2. Customer Contact: Upon receiving notification of the returned package, we will make every effort to contact the customer using the provided contact information. We will reach out via email to inform you  about the situation and verify the correct shipping address.

3. Return Options:

   A.  Refund: We offer customers the option of receiving a refund for the purchased items MINUS the initial shipping fee.

   b. Reshipment with Fee: Alternatively, if the customer still wants to receive the items, we can reship the package to the correct address. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

4. Timely Response: To expedite the process and avoid further delays, we kindly request that customers respond promptly to our contact attempts regarding the returned package. We will hold the package for 10 days while awaiting the customer's response. If no response is received within the specified timeframe, we will issue a refund MINUS initial shipping fee.

5. Address Confirmation: Once we receive the correct address from the customer, we will verify the information to ensure its accuracy. Once confirmed and we received payment for shipping  , we will proceed with the reshipment.

Please note that our return policy for packages with insufficient addresses is separate from our standard return and refund policy. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, and any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.
